Pragathi Alliance is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation with a Federal Tax ID 81-2600869. All your donations and contributions and subscriptions to Pragathi Alliance Inc. are tax deductible.

Pragathi Alliance takes pride in the fact that we limit our expenses to a minimum, assisted by our providers of web hosting, merchant account providers and our volunteer staff. The financial work, web design and maintenance, NGO/project liaison and the overall management are carried out by volunteer board and staff.  Even cost of travel to project sites are borne by the board members and staff.

However, please note that there are other costs in doing business such as IRS fees, bank costs, web merchant costs and other incidental costs.  We request your donations directly also to Pragathi to cover these costs.  We deduct a 2.3% fee from your payments. Therefore 97.7% of your donations that Pragathi Alliance receives will be sent to NGOs.
